Christine has worked in hospitality for more than 20 years and prides herself on being a brilliant people person who can translate clients’ expectations into an exceptional event.
Michael Bowen (Chef)
Michael has been part of the Pickled Pear team since 2002 and comes with more than 30 years in hospitality, including stints in London, Melbourne and running his own food business.
This dedicated foodie loves nothing more than taking your needs and turning it into a culinary delight that only years of experience can produce.
April Waddington (Function/Restaurant Manager)
